How do I get ChatGPT to recommend my business?
Give it something of yours to read. ChatGPT recommends a business when it can find a page it trusts that says what you do, where, …
The assistants answer a Florida homeowner the same way they answer anyone: they read a handful of pages and name the contractor whose record they could verify. On the Treasure Coast that record is usually missing. Roofers, HVAC, plumbers, garage-door and chimney companies here have the reviews; almost none have them published where an assistant can read them. We are based in Vero Beach, and we will show you your own answer for free.
Storm season is when Florida homeowners ask an assistant instead of a friend.
A homeowner in Port St. Lucie with water coming through the ceiling after a July storm does not compare ten links. They ask their phone "who can fix a roof leak near me today?" and call the name that comes back. Florida's mix of hurricane season, an older housing stock, and a population that moved here recently and has no established plumber, roofer or AC company makes it the state where a recommendation from an assistant most often becomes a phone call. HubSpot measured that a visitor who arrives from an AI answer converts at five to thirteen times the rate of a search visitor; on the Treasure Coast in August, that visitor is holding a bucket.
When we run the check for contractors here, the pattern is the one we see everywhere, only sharper. Asked by name, the assistants describe the business accurately from its Google reviews. Asked who to call, they name a national lead-generation site, a franchise, or a competitor with a readable page, and the local company with three hundred five-star reviews is absent.
The businesses the assistants name for Treasure Coast queries are frequently not local at all: HomeAdvisor and Angi listings, a franchise's national page, a directory's city page for Vero Beach. Those sources are readable and consistent, which is all the assistant is asking for. The local contractor who does better work loses the recommendation to a page that merely exists in the right format.
What a contractor's record has to contain for an assistant to use it, with Florida specifics.
The same four things any business needs, with details that matter here.
Service area, spelled out. Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin and Brevard counties; the cities by name: Vero Beach, Sebastian, Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Melbourne, Palm Bay. An assistant asked about Sebastian will not infer it from "Treasure Coast."
Licence and insurance, stated. Florida homeowners are told to check the DBPR licence number, and assistants have learned to look for one. A record that includes it is more citable than one that does not.
Reviews as text, with dates and the service performed. "Replaced our AC in Vero Beach in two days during the July heat" is evidence. A 4.9 star average in a widget is not.
Storm and emergency services, if you offer them. "Same-day roof tarping after a hurricane" is a sentence a homeowner types almost verbatim. If it is on your record, you are a candidate for that answer.
An AI-readable review site for one contractor, on a domain in the business's name, built from its public Google reviews and its real service area, with LocalBusiness and Review schema, answer-first pages per service and per city, an llms.txt file and a reviews feed. It lives alongside your existing website and changes nothing about it. Every Monday we ask the three assistants the questions Treasure Coast homeowners ask and report whether you were named.
How we work with Treasure Coast businesses, including the on-site version.
We are in Vero Beach, and for businesses from Sebastian to Stuart and up the Space Coast to Melbourne and Palm Bay we will come to you.
Run the free check from the homepage: find your business, confirm your email, and the report builds in about two minutes. It shows who the assistants name instead of you for your trade and your city, and which pages they read to decide. If every assistant already names you, the report says so and you are done. If not, you will know exactly what is missing, in writing, before you spend a dollar.
No. The service is hosted and we build for businesses across the United States. The on-site review is the part that is local to the Treasure Coast and Space Coast.
Any trade a homeowner asks an assistant about: roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage doors, chimney and air duct cleaning, remodeling, pest control, pool service, tree service. The industries pages have the specific questions customers ask for each.
No. It is a separate site with different content, on its own domain, and it changes nothing about your existing website. The structured record it publishes is what conventional search engines have always rewarded as well.
Try it for 14 days. If it isn't what we said, we refund your first month in full and take the site down.
